The website provides general information about the Group, its companies, the brands they represent and career opportunities. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or legal, financial or investment advice. Using the website or contacting the Group through it does not create a business relationship; any agreement must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of the State of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of the website. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Where these terms are published in both English and Arabic and the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
